A.A. can provide valuable information and resources through its

women of considerable professional experience.
Alcoholics Anonymous has many A.A. members and service committees
who are available to provide professionals with information about
Alcoholics Anonymous. A.A. has a long history of cooperating but not
affiliating with outside organizations and being available to
provide A.A. meetings or information about A.A. upon request.

Open AA Meeting & Events
What is an Open AA Meeting?
Anybody may attend an Open meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous, not just
people who consider themselves to be Alcoholic, or even have a problem
with drinking. If a meeting is "open" it will be listed as such in the
local meeting directory to avoid confusion. Open meetings of AA
generally have a good amount of literature available for the newcomer or
anyone interested in getting more information about Alcoholics
Anonymous. Although the meeting is "open" to anyone who wishes to
attend, the primary purpose of the meeting remains the same. From the
5th Tradition of AA, Each group has but one primary purpose - to carry
its message to the alcoholic who still suffers.
